摘  要:选择不同的混合溶剂体系考察部分相容的环氧树脂和丙烯酸树脂的自分层行为。首先通过计算不同的混合溶剂溶度参数在溶剂挥发过程中的变化,预测混合溶剂对两树脂的溶解情况和两树脂可能的分层行为,然后实验观察不同体系的自分层行为。实验结果表明混合溶剂的相对挥发速率不同,两树脂的分层效果不同;树脂膜厚不同,分层效果不同。实验得到了具有良好分层效果的丙烯酸树脂/环氧树脂膜,这为自分层涂料的制备提供了一种可供借鉴的研究方法。The self - stratifying behavior between epoxy resin and acrylic resin is investigated in different blend solvents. First, solubility parameters of different solvent blends are calculated during the process of solvent evaporation, the compatibility and stratifying behavior of the two resins can be predicted. Then, the self - stratifying phenomenon of different systems is observed experimentally. The experiment results indicate that the difference relative volatility of blend solvents will lead to different stratifying effect of the two resins. The different thickness of films will also cause different stratifying effect of the two resins. Good self - stratifying effect films are obtained by experiment, which can be used to prepare the self - stratifying coatings.
