摘　　要：介绍了经三羟甲基丙烷(TMP)、环氧树脂(E-20)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)多重改性的水性聚氨酯(WPU)分散体的合成工艺,并制备了其室温自干型水性PUA木器涂料。分析了TMP、E-20、MMA用量对水性PUA分散体及涂膜性能的影响以及水性PUA复合分散体合成的反应机理和主要工艺过程的选择,并针对所用的基材和树脂的特点,讨论了配制清漆时各种助剂的选择。经测试表明该涂料是一种经济环保的高性能涂料。Synthesis of waterborne polyurethane/acrylate dispersion modified by trimethylol propane （TMP）, epoxy resin（E -20） and methyl methacrylate （MMA） was introduced, which was used to prepare the waterborne PUA wood coating dried at ambient temperature. The effects of amount of TMP, E -20 and MMA on the performances of the dispersion and its film were discussed. The synthesis mechanism and technology of waterborne PUA dispersion were analyzed. The selection of additives for vanish of waterborne PUA wood coating was discussed according to the substrates and dispersions. The testing results showed that it＇s a kind of economical and environmental friendly paint with good properties.
