摘  要:四川省作为中国第1批实施节能发电调度的试点省份之一,在落实节能减排政策过程中,积极研究节能调度方式和实施措施。文中研究了适用于电网调度员节能减排发电实时调度的优化模型,以指导调度员实时发电调度。该模型依据节能减排发电排序表,结合四川电网发电运行特点,采用小步长最优次序法,以发电能耗最少为目标函数,并以实例计算验证了该模型的正确性。Sichuan is one of the first group of experimental provinces for implementing energy-saving generation dispatching. During carrying on the energy-saving and emission-reduction policy, dispatching manner and practical measures have been investigated. This paper studies the real-time dispatching optimization model for energy-saving generation to facilitate dispatchers in real-time dispatching. Based on the generation sorting list for energy-saving and emission-reduction and on the operational characteristics of Sichuan grid, a merit-order method based dispatch method is proposed to gain the minimum consumption of generation energy. Examples show the rationality of the proposed model.
