摘 要:为研究不同绝缘组合材料老化糠醛生成的规律特点,通过不同油纸复合绝缘在3种温度下276d的老化试验,对不同温度同一绝缘组合、同一温度下不同绝缘组合的油中糠醛质量浓度随老化时间的变化情况进行了研究;对不同绝缘系统油中糠醛与绝缘纸聚合度DP的关系进行了比较分析。结果表明,不同绝缘系统的油中糠醛质量浓度随老化时间增加而增加;不同温度下各绝缘系统油中糠醛质量浓度由多到少的顺序为:#25普通变压器油与普通绝缘纸组合,BIOTEMP油与普通绝缘纸组合,#25普通变压器油与Munksjo热稳定纸组合,BIOTEMP油与Munksjo热稳定纸组合;温度对各绝缘系统油中糠醛质量浓度的影响也有同样的顺序;各组合下油中糠醛与DP有较好的线性关系;不同绝缘系统的油中糠醛产生速率与温度满足Arrhenius方程。Through 276 days' ageing test of four different types of oil-paper insulation composition composed by mineral oil, common insulation paper BIOTEMP oil and Munksjo heat-stabilized paper at different temperatures, the changing regularities of furfural content in oil versus ageing time are analyzed for different oil-paper insulation composition at the same temperatures and the same oil-paper insulation composition at different temperatures. The relations of furfural content in oil of different insulation system and DP of paper are researched. Conclusions are drawn that : furfural contents in oil of different insulation system increases with increased ageing time; at the same temperature, the order of furfural content in oil of the composition is: ^#25 mineral oil+commom paper)BIOTEMP oil+ common paper〉 ^#25 mineral oil+ Munksjo paper 〉 BIOTEMP oil+ Munksjo paper; and effect of temperature on furfural content in oil is the same. Among the 12 combination conditions of insulation and temperature, most have a good linear relation with DP. Furfural produced in oil will have different velocities at different temperatures, and the velocity of furfural produced in oil of all the insulation system conforms to Arrhenius equation with temperature.
