摘　　要：板料冲压过程中,由于模具间隙和模具圆角的存在,变形部位可能不到位。加上板料在变形时变薄,间隙加大,而圆角处的弯曲也有一定程度的影响,所以成形后的形状有一定的误差。而回弹是弯曲件从模具中取出来后,弹性变形部分的恢复。通过探讨弯曲变形中的中性层的偏移,讨论偏移的影响因数,并运用模拟软件模拟!形件的弯曲和回弹,比较模具的圆角、间隙、厚度等参数对成形和回弹的影响。通过回弹的模拟,各影响因素的比较,对实际生产提供科学的依据。In the stamping process of the sheet, as the existence of the clearance and the round angle of the die, the distortion part may not be in the fight place, and the sheet become thinner when distortion, the clearance become wider, moreover, the bending of the round angle will be influenced, so them is some errors in the forming shape. And the resilience is that after the bending part in the die is extracted, the elasticity distortion part comes back. By discussing the excursion of the neutrosphere during the bending distortion, and the influence factor of the excursion, and by using the simulation soft-ware to simulate the bending and the resilience of the detail part, the influence of the factors of round angle, clearance, thickness of the die on the forming arid resilience is compared. Through the simulation of the resilience, and the comparison of the influence factors, the scientific gist of the actual manufacture is gained.
