摘  要:为了解决传统的车辆螺柱连接工艺效率低、质量差的问题,本文提出感应钎焊的工艺方法焊接螺柱和母材。设计了实心螺柱和空心螺柱的焊接工艺,并按照设计的工艺过程对螺柱进行焊接试验。通过接头宏观力学性能测试和微观金相分析,研究了焊接时间对接头性能的影响,从而得到实心、空心螺柱合理的焊接工艺参数。Induction soldering was adopted for jointing stud of armored vehicle in order to overcome the insufficiency of the traditional methods, such as low efficiency and poor quality. Solid-stud and hollow-stud welding technology were studied. According to the process, several groups experiments of welding stud were tested. The effects of welding time on the property of the joins were researched by using macroscopically mechanical property testing and microcosmic crystalline phase analyses. The reasonable welding technology parameters for the sofid-stud and hollow-stud were obtained.
