摘　　要：磷脂酸(phosphatidic acid,PA)是脂类合成的重要中间产物,近年来发现PA能够调控一些信号分子参与细胞信号转导。PA介导细胞内Akt/mTOR及ras/raf/Erk两条存活信号通路在肿瘤学领域引起广泛关注。许多文献报道了PA生成酶对胞内存活信号通路的影响。本文就PA参与的细胞信号转导进行综述。Phosphatidic acid as a key intermediate in lipid biosynthesis was implicated in the regulation of signaling pathways in recent years. The regulation of Akt/mTOR and ras/raf/Erk through PA has received more attention from investigators in oneology. The effect of the PA-produeing enzymes on survival signals in cells was reported in many papers. In this review, the evidence that PA is implicated in the regulation of signaling pathways is summarized.
