摘　　要：间充质干细胞是用于组织工程和细胞治疗的重要细胞,它可向成骨细胞、软骨细胞、肌肉细胞、神经细胞等分化。生物化学因素和物理因素均对间充质干细胞向心肌细胞分化有影响。间充质干细胞向心肌细胞分化的研究主要集中在生物化学因素上。本文综述了在体外环境下生物化学因素以及力学和电磁刺激对间充质干细胞向心肌细胞分化影响的研究进展。Mesenchymal stem cells are important for tissue engineering and cell therapy, able to differentiate to the osteoblast, chondrocyte, muscle cell, neural cell and others. Biochemical and physical factors both have effect on mesenchymal stem cells＇ differentiation towards cardiomyocyte, The studies of mesenchymal stem cells＇ differentiation towards cardiomyocyte were concentrated on biochemical factors, The progress in biochemical and physical factors＇ effect on mesenchymal stem cells＇ differentiation to cardiomyocyte in vitro is described in the review.
