摘 要:研究了邻苯三酚红与钪(Ⅲ)的显色反应,在pH为6.2的六次甲基四胺-盐酸缓冲介质中,在溴化十六烷基三甲基铵(CTMAB)存在下,邻苯三酚红与钪(Ⅲ)反应生成摩尔比为2∶1稳定配合物,该配合物可用717型阴离子交换树脂固相萃取柱富集,再通过树脂相光度法测定钪,由此建立了固相分光光度法测定钪的新方法。吸附配合物的树脂相的最大吸收波长为500 nm,摩尔吸光系数ε=1.38×10^5L.mol^-1.cm^-1,钪含量在0.01-0.6μg.ml^-1内符合比尔定律,相关系数r=0.9971,对30余种共存离子进行试验的结果表明,大多数常见离子不干扰测定。方法用于合金、矿石、煤矸石等样品中钪的分析。The chromogenic reaction of pyrogallol red with scandium(Ⅲ) was studied.It was found that pyrogallol red with scandium(Ⅲ) could form a stable complex with the mole ratio 2∶1 in the presence of CTMAB and C6H12N4-HCl buffer solution(pH=6.2) medium and this complex could be enriched on 717# resin.The resulted resin could be used to determine scandium by spectrophotometry at maximum absorption 500 nm.Its apparent molar absorptivity ε was 1.38×105 L·mol-1·cm-1,at 500 nm.Beer′s law was obeyed in the range of 0.01~0.6 μg·ml-1 for Sc(Ⅲ) and r=0.9971.More than 30 categories co-existing ions could not interfere with the determination.This was a new method developed solid phase spectrophotometry.This method was applied to analysis of scandium in the samples of alloy,ore and coal gangue contained trace scandium and the obtained results were satisfactory.
