摘  要:目的探讨18F-FDG符合线路在诊断复发性卵巢恶性肿瘤中的应用价值及与经阴道B超、血清CA125的效能比较。方法对40例(62例次)卵巢恶性肿瘤术后患者18F-FDG符合线路显像进行分析,采用视觉观察及半定量(T/N比值)分析并与病人近期血清CA125、经阴道B超对比。结果①40例18F-FDG符合线路显像的敏感性、特异性、准确率分别为92.31%、71.43%、85.00%。②35例血清CA125与18F-FDG符合线路显像比较敏感性、特异性、准确率分别为66.67%、85.71%、74.29%;90.48%、71.43%、82.86%。③另35例经阴道B超与18F-FDG符合线路显像比较敏感性、特异性、准确率分别为86.36%、53.85%、74.29%;90.91%、76.92%、85.71%。结论18F-FDG符合线路诊断复发性卵巢肿瘤的价值高于血清CA125及经阴道B超,三者联合应用可提高18F-FDG符合线路诊断的阳性率及准确性。Objective To explore the role of 18F -deoxyglucose (18F-FDG) coincidence SPECT in diagnosing of recurrent ovarian cancer and compare the effectiveness of 18F-FDG coincidence imaging with transvaginal ultrasound and serum CA125 test. Methods Forty patients (62 studies) who underwent ovarian excision were studied with 18F-FDG coincidence imaging. Visual and semiquantitative analyses (T/N ratio) were used to analyze the images. The results of 18F-FDG coincidence imaging were compared with serum CA125 test and transvaginal ultrasound. Results ①The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of 40 patients with 18F-FDG imaging were 92.31%, 71.43%, 85.00%, respectively. ②In 35 patients with both 18F-FDG imaging and CA125, the sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of 18F-FDG imaging and CA125 were 66.67%, 85.71%, 74.29%, 90.48%, 71.43%, 82.86%, respectively. ③The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of another 35 patients with both transvaginal ultrasound and 18F-FDG imaging were 86.36%, 53.85%, 74.29%, 90.91%, 76.92%, 85.71%, respectively. Conclusion 18F-FDG coincidence imaging was the most effective one in the three methods. Combined with transvaginal ultrasound and serum CA125 would improve the positive rate and accuracy of 18F-FDG coincidence imaging.
