开放的复杂巨系统及其方法在中医药领域中的应用

摘　　要：近年来,在四诊信息的分析处理、证候的系统研究、中药复方配伍、作用机理的研究及其复杂药效成分的质量控制、以及符合中医药特色的临床疗效评价方法的建立等方面所表现出的问题,成为了制约中医药向前发展的"瓶颈"。其中,对以"辨证"为核心的中医诊断的研究是中医学研究的关键一环。探讨中医学具有开放的复杂巨系统的特性,并基于其方法论——综合集成法,用另一种语言对中医诊断的领域特点重新表述与诠释,希望能为中医药诊疗体系的建立及中医药学科的发展提供一条思路。Recently the problems, such as the analysis of diagnostic informations, systematically study on syndromes, composite formular design and mechanism, the quality control of complicated effective compositions, and establishment of the evaluation method of clinical curative effects accorded with TCM characteristics, have been the bottleneck which restricted the development of TCM. Among these problems the key one in TCM researches is the study on diagnosis with syndrome differentiation as the core. It is discussed here that TCM has the characteristics of open complex giant system. Another kind of language is used to express and interpret the characteristics of TCM diagnosis, based on the methodology of open complex giant system, the method of Meta - synthetic. The study may provide a train of thinking for setting up a system of TCM diagnosis and treatment, and for the development of Chinese medical sciences.
