摘　　要：提出一种新的锁相环仿真算法,利用跳变沿前后的仿真数据计算出跳变沿的准确位置,同时采用指数方式自适应的调整仿真步长,大幅提高锁相环的仿真速度与仿真精度.采用 C 编写了锁相环的仿真器,对250MHz 电荷泵锁相环进行了仿真,其仿真精度与仿真速度都远高于 Spectre 等仿真器.A novel simulation algorithm of charge pump PLL is proposed. The transition event of the oscillation signal is estimated by the simulated data before and after the event time. At the same time the simulation step is adjusted exponentially, which greatly improve the simulation speed and accuracy. A PLL simulator is programmed using C language, and a 250 MHz charge pump PLL is simulated. The simulation speed and accuracy is much better than that of Cadence Spectre.
