摘  要:为了了解重盐分胁迫地段植物展叶期的生理生化特性变化,于春季在南开大学滨海学院选择长势较好和长势较差的法国梧桐作为研究对象,从早8:00到晚20:00,每两小时采集植物的根、枝、叶(各3次重复),分别测定分析了水分生理和保护酶活性的变化.结果表明,可溶性糖与组织水势的相关性不显著,可溶性蛋白与组织水势呈显著的线性正相关:SOD 活性与组织含水量呈显著的线性正相关,CAT 活性与组织含水量呈显著的线性负相关,POD 与组织含水量呈相关性不显著,此时较高的组织含水量伴随较高的保护酶活性,这既反映了植物稀盐的抗逆性,又反映了保护酶清除活性氧自由基的耐逆性.分析表明,重盐分地段植物体内保护酶活性不但与盐分胁迫程度有关,而且与植物生长活力有关.To recognize the physiological and bio-chemical properties for plant in saline land, we determined water physiological indices and protective enzyme activity of root, shoot and leaf of Platanus orientalis during the leaf-expansion period in Binhai New area of Tianjin, respectively. The results showed that there existed a significant positive linear correlation between the soluble protein contents and the plant water potentials, whilst the soluble sugar contents were no correlated with the water potentials. With the tissue water contents, the CAT activities took a significant negative linear correlation, the SOD activities behaved a significant positive linear correlation, whilst the POD activities had no correlation. That higher protective enzyme activity accompanied by higher tissue water content reflected the salts-resistance not only in the salt-dilution but also in the elimination of active oxygen and free radicals. Analysis showed that the protective enzyme activities were correlated not only with the degree of salt stress but also with vigor of plant growth in saline land.
