两种市售右旋糖酐铁注射液铁吸收度的测定研究

摘　　要：目的:考查两种市售右旋糖酐铁注射液(A和B)铁吸收度,并对测定结果进行比较和评价。方法:主要参照中国药典和英国药典描述,选用家兔右后腿进行股内肌注射,并采用紫外可见分光光度法测定注射部位铁的含量,分别计算出两种注射液的铁吸收度。结果:注射液A铁吸收程度明显优于注射液B,而且对注射部位的染色能力及在组织中的扩散均小于注射液B。结论:两种注射液的铁吸收度存在明显差别,提示两者在临床疗效上将可能存在差异。Objective： To comparatively evaluate the iron absorption for two marketed Iron Dextran Injections （ A and B）. Methods： Based on descriptions in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia and British Pharmacopoeia, rabbits were injected at right hind legs with two injections and the iron absorption was determined using UV-Vis method. Results： It was shown that the iron absorption is quite higher for injection A than for injection B. For injection A, there were only very slight stained at the injection sites, and showed no evidence of leakage along fascial planes, while for injection B there were dark brown deposits at the injection sites and showed leakage along fascial planes. Conclusion： Injection A and B is quite different in the aspect of the iron absorption for rabbits and it may show quite different clinical effects.
