摘  要:目的:研究脑疏宁对脑微血管的保护作用。方法:建立大鼠脑外伤模型,观察脑微血管通透性、超微结构及分布密度的变化。结果:大鼠脑伤后6h开始,脑微血管结构破坏、通透性增加,密度下降;中药治疗组微血管通透性降低,密度增高,结构较完整。结论:脑疏宁保护损伤区脑微血管结构和功能完整性,增加皮质微血管的数目。Objective: To investigate the effects of Chinese medicine Naoshuning on cerebral microvessels after traumatic brain injury(TBI) in rats. Methods: The experimental TBI model was established. Permeability of blood-brain barrier(BBB), uhramicrostructure and cerebrevascular area density were measured. Results: Permeability of BBB was increased 6h after injury in the model group and cortex microvascular density was decreased at the same time. Endothelial cell and basement membrane were damaged. In the treatment group, Permeability of BBB was reduced. Cerebrevascular density proved to be increase since 1 day after injury. More capillaries were integrated. Conclusion: Naoshuning can protect the instrctural and functional integrity of microvessels at injury area and increase cortex cerebrevascular area density.
