摘　　要：目的:观察木贼提取物对高血脂大鼠内皮细胞周期、凋亡及相关基因突变型p53、caspase-3蛋白的表达。结果:两种木贼提取物均能显著降低TG、VLDL水平;下调突变型P53、caspase-3基因蛋白表达,抑制内皮细胞凋亡;正丁醇提取剩余物升高HDL作用突出。Objective ： To investigate the effect of Equisetum Extract on cell cycle and the rate of apoptosis of aorta endothelium in early atherosclero-sis rats. Methods： Fifty Sprague-Dawley rates were randomly divided into five groups, the control group fed with standard chow diet, four other groups fed with high fat diet including one group plus Gemfibrozil Capsules, two groups plus Equisetum Extract. The rate of apoptosis and expression of mutant p53, caspase-3 in aorta endothelium were detected by the way of flow cytometry. Results ： Both Equisetum Extract groups could repair the endothelium and decrease the rate of apoptosis significantly. Conclusion：Both EquisEtum Extract groups can control early atherosclerosis by regulating the fat metabol-ism and cell cycle, the rate of apoptosis of aorta endothelium dividely.
