计算机控制牵引复位治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床观察

摘　　要：应用计算机控制的能在瞬间完成快速牵引、屈伸和旋转功能的机器治疗腰椎间盘突出症６２例，经平均２次治疗，有效率达８７．１％，优良率达６７．７４％，对弹力型者效果最好。该机器控制准确，牵引力大，动作迅速，数个动作在瞬间同时得以完成。病人痛苦小，反应轻，无明显并发症，是一种具有特点的有效治疗方法。它的作用原理可能主要与牵大椎间隙、增加髓核内的负压回吸力、牵拉后纵韧带对突出髓核所产生的按压回弹作用。ixty-two cases of lumbar intervertebral disk protrusion were treated with a new medicine, which functions to accomplish rapid traction, flexion or extension, and rotation of the lumbar vertebrae instantly under computer control. Most cases were treated only one or two times, the effective rate was 87.1% and the excellentgood rate was 67.74%. Better results were obtained in cases of elastic type. With accurate control, great extending force and several actions done immediately and simultaneously, the machine provides an effective therapy with few sufferings to patients, little reaction and no complication. Its mechanisms may be associted with increasing the negative pressure suction in nucleus pulposus, widening intervertebral space, drawing the posterior longitudinal ligament as to produce the pressing and rebounding force to the buldged nucleus pulposus, correcting the displacement of the posterior facet joint and changing the relationship of space position between the nerve root and protruded tissue of the disk.
