摘　　要：承压型连接高强度螺栓受弯矩作用时,绕何轴旋转计算螺栓受力说法不一。从抗拉承载力设计值入手,分析规范规定存在的矛盾,给出解决办法,供参考和讨论。When high-strength bolts in bearing-type connection are subjected to moment, there are two principles of the neutral axis. This is a puzzling problem, By comparison of the tensile bearing capacity of high strength bolt, an error is found in the code of steel structure （GB 50017-2003）, Three solutions are proposed at last.
