黔岭藿合剂对大鼠去势后骨质疏松症的作用

摘　　要：黔岭藿合剂是一个治疗骨质疏松症的复方。雌性大鼠去势后3个月建立绝经后高转型骨质疏松症模型，分为模型组、中药组、尼尔雌醇组。治疗3个月后，中药组、尼尔雌醇级较模型组空腹尿钙（U一Ca）／尿肌酐（U—Cr）、尿羟脯氨酸（U－HOP）／尿肌肝（U－Cr）比值均明显降低（P＜0．05，P＜0．01）；血清雌二醇（E2）、骨矿含量（BMC）和骨密度（BMD）均升高；而中药组血清骨钙素（BGP）高于尼尔雌醇组、模型组（P＜0.05）；尼尔雌醇组血清碱性磷酸酶（S－AKP）均低于中药组、模型组（均为P＜0.05）。结果表明黔岭藿合剂能改善骨质疏松大鼠的骨丢失状态，起到保护骨骼作用。Qianlinghuo Heji (Epemedium LeptorrhizumAgent) is a mixture of Chinese medical herbs onosteoporosis. The rats'models of postmenopausal highturnover osteoporosis were established three monthsafter ovariectomy, and then divided into three groups:the Chinese drug group, nilestriol group, and modelgroup. After treating for three months, the resultsshowed that the ration of fasting urine calcium/urinecreatinin and urine hydroxyproline/urine creatinin inChinese druy group and in nilestriol group are obviouslydecreased than that in model group (P<0. 05 and <0. 01, respectively) F the serum estradiol, bone mineralcapacity and bone mineral density in both the Chinesedrug and nilestriol groups are increased than that inmodel group; the level of serum bone gal protein inChinese drug group is higher than that in nilestriol andmode1 groups (P< 0.05); and the activity of serumalkaline phosphatase in nilestriol group is lower thanthat in Chinese drug and model groups (Pwt0. 05). Theresults indicated that Qianlinghuo Heji can prevent therats with osteoporosis from losing bone material andthus protect the bone.
