摘  要:采用正交试验法,考察容器、溶媒、热源对生物碱、黄酮甙、有机酸、多糖、无机离子等中药主要成分煎出率的影响。结果表明,容器的影响比较复杂,无明显规律。溶媒以蒸馏水为最好,冷沸水次之,自来水最差。热源以煎药时保持微沸为最好。Effects of container, solution and heat source on decocting rate of principal components in traditional chinese meteria medica such as alkaloids, flavonoids, organic acids, polysaccharides and inorganic positives etc. were studied by Orthogonal Design. The results revealed that the container's effect was very complex and had no regularity. The distilled water was better than cold boiled water which is better than running water in solution. The heat source keeps faint boiling while decocting would be best.
