类天疱疮患者血IgE及sIL-2R的动态变化

摘　　要：应用间接免疫荧光 ( IIF)及酶联免疫吸附试验 ( ELISA)分别检测 2 1例类天疱疮 ( BP)患者在活动期及稳定期 BP抗体滴度、血清 Ig E浓度及血清可溶性白细胞介素 受体 ( s IL- 2 R)浓度。结果提示 ,BP抗体滴度在稳定期较活动期显著降低 (分别为 P<0 .0 5,P<0 .0 1) ,且 s IL- 2 R浓度变化与 BP的活动性改变关系更密切。因此检测 BP病人血清 s IL- 2 R水平有助于了解病情的变化 ,以指导治疗。Using indirect immunofluorescence ( IIF) and enzyme linked assay ( EL ISA) ,we measured the titre of BP antibody,the serum Ig E levels and soluble interleukin- 2 receptor ( s IL - 2 R) levels during both the active and stable period in 2 1cases of BP.The results revealed that the serum Ig E levels and s IL - 2 R levels significantly reduced in stable period ( P<0 .0 5,P<0 .0 1,respectively) than those in active period and the changes of s IL- 2 R were more characteristic.So it might be considered that the measurement of the serum s IL- 2 R level in defferent periods could help to recognize the activity of BP.
