术中部分脑内核团电生理刺激临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察立体定向手术中电生理刺激脑内核团时的表现。方法对50例行立体定向手术治疗的患者术中电生理刺激伏隔核、扣带回、杏仁核等脑内核团,观察其表现。结果伏隔核、杏仁核、苍白球内侧部、丘脑腹中间核、Forel-H区等脑内核团电生理刺激时会出现特定的反应,可以藉此确定位置,而扣带回电生理刺激时出现反应比例很低。结论电生理刺激脑内核团是立体定向手术中必不可少的步骤。Objective To observe the reaction of the patients who accepted electrophysiological stimulation of some cerebrum nucleus in stereotactic operation. Methods The reaction of the 50 patients who accepted electrophysiological stimulation of nucleus accumbens（Nac）, cinguli gyrus,nucleus amygdalae, and so on, in stereotactic operation were recorded. Results The special reaction came forth that electric stimulation of Nac, nucleus amygdalae,globuspallidus interior,ventralintermediatethalamic nucleus,forel-H field in stereotactic operation,that could define the nucleus location. But a few reactions of electrophysiological stimulation of cinguli gyrus. Conclusion The electrophysiological stimulation cerebrum nucleus in stereotactic operation is the obligatory operative Drocedure.
