摘　　要：目的探讨经桡动脉穿刺途径,用左右冠状动脉共用型造影导管行冠状动脉连同肾动脉造影的可行性和安全性。方法20例需要行冠状动脉造影检查的高血压病患者,经皮桡动脉穿刺(其中12例为右手桡动脉,8例为左手桡动脉),用左右冠状动脉共用型造影导管行左右冠状动脉造影后,再用该导管进行左右肾动脉造影。结果12例经右手桡动脉途径的患者,其中1例因桡动脉痉挛改为股动脉途径完成冠状动脉连同肾动脉造影;2例因造影导管长度不够,未能完成肾动脉造影;8例经左手桡动脉途径的均成功。20例均无术后并发症。结论经桡动脉途径用左右冠状动脉共用型造影导管行冠状动脉连同肾动脉造影可行性高,安全有效。Objective To evaluate the success rate and safety of the radial artery in percutaneous coronary intervention in the interventional community for diagnosis and treatment. Methods This study included 20 patients with hypertension who needed to do coronary angiographies. 8 and 12 of them were assigned to the left and fight TRA groups respectively. After the left and fight coronary angiography using a universal cardiac catheter（Outlook RQ＊5TIG110M Terumo medical corporation, Tokyo, Japan ）, left and fight renal angiographies were performed with the same catheter. Results In the fight TRA group, 1 of 12 patients had the radial artery spasm, and coronary and renal angiographies were done using the transfemoral route. Renal angiographies were not performed in 2 patients in the same group because catheters did not reach the renal artery level. In the fight TRA group, coronary and renal angiographies were successful in all patients. No other complication was found after the procedure. Conclusion TRA, when used with the universal cardiac catheter, is a safe, suitable, and efficient approach for combined coronary and renal angiographies.
