摘  要:目的检测便携式电离子胃动力仪治疗糖尿病的动物模型实验研究情况。方法建立动物模型并且通过动物模型药物浓度监测、动物模型胃电图动态监测和动物模型局部病理解剖学及电镜下局部病理解剖组织超微结构观察等多项目、多角度观察以便实验研究情况。结果(1)先建立标准四氧嘧啶型糖尿病动物模型,再通过高热量不规则喂养制作出糖尿病胃轻瘫动物模型以及非糖尿病的消化不良动物模型。(2)对上述动物模型进行多项目、多角度观察后发现,使用胃动力仪后,动物无剧烈不良反应,测定多项目参数实验前后有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论我们研究的便携式电离子胃动力仪不但具有良好的电离子药物导入之疗效,同时具有按摩、理疗等辅助治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫和消化不良症等作用。总之,便携式电离子胃动力仪具有十分广阔的应用前景。Objective To assess the experimental study of animal model for treating diabetes mellitus with a newly portable ion gastric dynamic device. Methods (1)Build an animal model. (2)The results of the experimental study could be observed and studied through monitoring the animal model for drug concentration, dynamic electrogram of stomach, local pathological anatomy as well as the tissue ultrastructure with the electric mirror so as to get a multiple view and observation. Results (1)A standard animal model of alloxan diabetes should be built first and then a light gastric paralyzed animal model and a dyspepsia animal model should be built by irregular feed with high amount of heat. (2)Through the multiple angle observation for the animal models the animals did not show any serious side effects after using the gastric dynamic device and there were no significant differences between the parameters determined before and after the animal experiment. Conclusion The newly portable ion gastric dynamic device not only has good therapeutic results by inputting ion drug but share the effects of massage and physical therapy for light gastric paralyzed stomach in diabetes and dyspepsia. In a word, the newly portable ion gastric dynamic device could be supplied in many fields with a bright future.
