摘　　要：目的了解社区中医护理服务需求及应用的现状。方法采用回顾性调查方法查阅社区122例居民病史的医嘱、护理操作记录等资料;问卷调查社区居民中医护理服务需求;数据统计分析。结果社区护士极少应用中医护理技术操作,大部分护士能对患者进行辨证下的中医用药、饮食生活起居调养、情志调护、康复等内容的护理干预,但缺乏相关效果评价;社区老年居民对中医护理服务有较高需求。结论应积极采取对策,提高社区中医护理服务的应用率,探讨具有中医特色的社区护理模式。Objective To get the message of current situation of requirement and application of community Chinese medical nursing service. Methods We looked up retrospectively doctor＇s orders and nursing procedure records of 122 community inhabitants＇ medical records; investigated requirement of community inhabitants＇ Chinese medical nursing service by questionnaire; added up and analyzed these data. Results Few community nurse utilized Chinese medical nursing skill to operate. Most nurses could use Chinese medicine based on differentiation of symptoms and signs and nursing about food and live, sentiment and recovery, but correlated result evaluation was lacked. Old men had higher requirement of Chinese medical nursing service. Conclusion We should take correlated measures positivly, raise application rate of community Chinese medical nursing service and investigate community nursing model with Chinese medical feature.
