慢性肾脏病血清HGF水平及临床意义

摘　　要：目的了解肝细胞生长因子(HGF)在慢性肾脏病(CKD)中的变化,探讨HGF在CKD中的作用及临床意义。方法收集CKD患者80例,其中CKDⅠ期16例、CKDⅡ期24例、CKDⅢ期15例、CKDⅣ期13例、CKDⅤ期12例,以及20例健康人群血清,应用ELISA方法检测血清中HGF的含量。结果在健康组、CKDⅠ期～Ⅴ期之间比较,各组之间HGF值有显著性差异(P=0.011),其中CKDⅤ期的HGF值最高,CKDⅠ期～Ⅳ期的HGF值也高于正常,但无显著性差异(P>0.05);HGF与尿素氮、肌酐、血、尿β2-微球蛋白呈中度正相关(P<0.01);与肾小球滤过率呈中度负相关(P<0.01)。结论CKD患者HGF值增高,且与肾脏疾病的严重程度相关。Objective To study the changes of serum hepatocyte growth factor in patients with chronic kidney disease,and investigate the the effect of HGF in CKD. Methods Serum HGF levels were determined by ELISA in 16 patients with CKD Ⅰ stage,24 patients with CKD Ⅱ stage, 15 patients with CKD Ⅲ stage, 13 patients with CKD Ⅳ stage, 12 patients with CKD Ⅴ stage and in 20 healthy controls. Results Serum HGF levels had significant difference among the groups with healthy control, CKD Ⅰ - Ⅴ stage（P= 0.011 ）. Compared with the controis, the HGF levels was the highest in the CKD Ⅴ stage （P 〈 0.01 ）; CKD Ⅰ-Ⅳ stage increased slightly too （P 〉 0.05 ）. The serum HGF levels was positively correlated with blood urea nitroger, serum creatinine, blood β2-microglobulin and urine β2-MG（P〈 0.01 ）;which was negative correlated with glomerular filtration rate. Conclusion The HGF levels of the patients with CKD is high. There are correlations serum HGF levels and severity of kidney diseases.
