尿毒清颗粒剂治疗慢性肾衰竭疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察尿毒清颗粒对慢性肾功能衰竭患者的临床疗效。方法108例CRF患者分为尿毒清治疗组(64例)和包醛氧淀粉对照组(44例)。所有患者在治疗前后均空腹抽取静脉血测定血清肌酐和血清尿素氮、血清尿酸、血红蛋白、空腹血糖、血清总蛋白、血清白蛋白、转氨酶等指标。观察两组疗效及毒副作用。结果尿毒清颗粒组治疗后BUN、Scr、UA较治疗前明显下降(均P<0.01),有显著性差异。包醛氧化淀粉组治疗后仅BUN较治疗前下降(P<0.01),有显著性差异,Scr、UA均无明显下降(P>0.05),无显著差异。尿毒清颗粒有升高血红蛋白、总蛋白的作用。两组均未发现有明显毒副作用,尿毒清消化道反应轻。结论尿毒清颗粒治疗CRF患者有明显效果,是CRF非透析治疗有效方法之一。Objective To observe the effect of Niao Du Qing granules on chronic renal failure（CRF） patients. Methods 108 CRF patients were divided into two groups. A group 64 patients were treated by Niao Du Qing. Another group 44 patients were treated by oxyamyli aldehyde oxystarch. The levels of hemoglobin （ Hh ）, serum blood total protein （Tp）, albumin （ Al ）, blood urea nitrogen （ BUN ）, serum creatinine （ Scr ）, serum uric acid（UA）, of peripheral blood were measured before and after therapy. Results The groups of Niao Du Qing,the levels of BUN, Scr and UA after treatment were all lower than that of pretherapy,there was significant deviation（all P〈 0.01 ） between before and after treatment. The groups of Oxyamyli Aldehydum Tectum,only the level of BUN was lower than that of pretherapy, there was significant deviation beteen beiore and after treatment（P〈 0.01 ）. Scr,UA had no significant decrease（P〉 0.05 ） and was no significant deviation between before and after treatment. Niao Du Qing granules had elevated Hb and TP. The two groups didn＇t find obvious side effects. Conclusion Niao Du Qing granules is one of the effective methods for CRF patients by nondialytic treatment.
