血液透析用于海洛因依赖150例脱毒疗效观察

摘　　要：目的总结分析血液透析治疗海洛因依赖脱毒疗效,能够提前诱导服用纳曲酮预防复吸。方法对150例海洛因依赖者进行血液透析脱毒治疗一周。一周内透析三次,每次4h;同时辅以非阿片类止瘾药及抗焦虑、抗抑郁治疗,7d后打催瘾针,诱导服纳曲酮;用美沙酮治疗组150例作对照组。结果血液透析组150例7d内均脱毒成功,全部服用纳曲酮。对照组美沙酮脱毒至打催瘾针,需要15～20d才能够完成。结论血液透析组疗程短,脱毒快而且彻底,服纳曲酮成功率高,比美沙酮组提前7～10d,服纳曲酮,为抗复吸赢得了时间。Objective To summarize and analyze the effect of hemodialysis （HD） treatment in heroin addicts. It can induce using of naltrexone advance to avoid relapse. Methods 150 cases were dialyzed 3 times in a week, four hours every time and supplemented with non-opioid substance anxiolytics and antidepressant. Injecting antagonist-precipitated and taking naltrexone seven days later. The control group（ 150 cases） was treated with Methadone as layout. Results Any obvious withdrawal symptoms did not appear and take naltrexone in all 150 cases under HD in seven days. And this process in the control group needed 15～20 days. Conclusion HD may be effective in detoxication with short course,HD group＇s successful rate is high to take Naltrexone and 7～10 days earlier than control group. Taking Naltrexone wins time for rehabilitation
