摘 要:为获得强指向性声源,设计了圆形活塞圆周阵组合声源,根据复合系统的指向性理论推导出声源远场的指向性函数.仿真结果表明:声源远场辐射均匀;声频越高,指向性越强;频率一定,活塞半径增大时,声源指向性也相应增强.相比单活塞声源和活塞个数相当的矩形阵活塞声源,该声源指向性较强.对由6片PZT-4压电陶瓷晶片组成的圆周阵水声发射换能器的实测结果表明,测量值与理论值基本一致,从而证明了该指向性函数的正确性.A built-up circumference array of circular piston sound source was designed to get higher directional sound source. The directivity function of the sound source was derived applying the directive theory of multiplex system. The results indicate that the sound source has directivity at any acoustic frequency and uniform radiation is at far sound field. The directivity characteristic gets stronger when acoustic frequency is higher and the number of pistons is more. The directivity characteristic enhances correspondingly when piston radius increasing while keeping the frequency constant. Compared with the single piston sound source and the built-up rectangle array piston sound source, the round source has higher directivity characteristic. Tests on circumference underwater projecting transducer which was deigned by using six pieces of PZT- 4 piezoelectric ceramic chips as piston elements show the validity of the design. The experimantal results have good matching with the theoretical results.
