摘　　要：湖南国贸中心基础深达20.5m ,施工中采用锚杆桩、超长悬臂桩支护技术及基岩爆破、裂隙处理、地基静载试验、抗浮锚杆、逆作法、大体积混凝土温差裂缝控制和结构自防水等多项技术 ,提前35d完工 ,经济效益显著。The Hunan International Trade Center's foundation is 20.5m in depth.During its construction,there are a great number of techniques adopted namely:the anchorage pile,the super long cantilever pile technology and rock foundation explosion,the crack treatment,the static load testing of foundation,the anti-floating of anchorage bar,the reversible process,the big mass concrete temperature difference's crack control and the automatic waterproof structure technology et al.Thus it has been completed 35 days ahead of schedule and gained high economic efficiency.
