摘　　要：该文从繁荣城市文化的角度提出应重视平民文化的保护,并对保护平民文化环境的重要手段——开放空间在保护平民阶层的文化环境的作用进行了分析和探讨。This article proposes the importance of civilian culture protection from the angle of the prosperity of urban culture, and analyzes the function of urban open space in protecting civilian cultural environment.
