摘 要:试验比较加压生物接触氧化法与同等条件下常规生物接触氧化法的运行参数及性能,研究表明,加压条件下生物接触氧化法性能有较大提高。在P=0.3MPa条件下,最佳HRT为1.0h左右,当CODcr容积负荷不超过15kg/(m^3·d),维持DO为4-5mg/L,则CODcr去除率为80%-95%,出水CODcr低于100mg/L,气水比仅需(1-4):1。同等条件下常压生物接触氧化法气水比为10:1,HRT为1.5-2.0h,可承受的CODcr容积负荷为5.3kg(m^3·d)。The running parameters and performance were compared between pressurized and normal biological contact oxidation process in this paper.The studies showed that the performance of pressurized biological contact oxidation process improved remarkably.When controlled the pressure as 0.3 MPa and the volume load under 15 kg COD_Cr/(m3·d),the likely HRT was about 1.0 h,the COD_Cr removed rate could reach 80-95 percent,and the COD_Cr of effluent was below 100 mg/L.In that condition,the dissolved oxygen was about 4-5 mg/L,and the air-water ratio was only(1-4)∶1.In same condition the normal biological contact oxidation process air-water ratio was 10∶1,HRT was about 1.5-2.0 h,and the volume load which could bear was only 5.3 kg COD_Cr/(m3·d).
