攀钢脱硫提钒转炉袋式除尘系统改造

摘　　要：针对脱硫提钒转炉区域的环境污染问题,攀钢通过采用先进的除尘技术和设备,对脱硫提钒转炉袋式除尘系统进行了彻底的改造。通过连续监测结果表明:该系统的污染物排放浓度达到了《国家钢铁工业污染物排放标准》的环保要求,工作和生产现场环境得到明显改善,同时取得了较大的经济和环境效益。In view of the environmental pollution of the desulphurization stations and the extractive vanadium-extracting converters,Panzhihua Iron and Steel(Group)Company transforms thoroughly the bag-type dedusting systems by applying the advanced dedusting technologies and the dedusting equipments.The continuous monitoring results show that the concentrations of the system pollutants have met the environmental protection requirements of the 'Pollutant Emission Standards for The Iron and Steel Industry' and the working site and production environment have been improved markedly.At the same time Panzhihua Iron and Steel(Group)Company also achieves greater economic and environmental benefits.
