摘 要:采用在生物膜填料塔循环液中加入Fe^2+、Mn^2+、Zn^2+、Al^3+四种金属离子,进行了金属离子催化剂对生物膜填料塔净化SO2和NOx烟气的影响因素研究和相关净化机理讨论分析,结果表明:采用液相催化氧化与生物法同时净化烟气时,当进口气体流量为0.1 m^3/h、循环液流量为10L/h、pH值控制在1.5-3.0,SO2、NOx进口气体浓度分别为1000-5000mg/m^3和300-1500mg/m^3时,净化效果比单一采用生物法时好,SO2和NOx净化效率分别达到95%以上和50%左右,说明金属离子催化剂对SO2和NOx烟气净化有一定的促进作用。The study adopted biological trickling filter to carry out the experiment of purifying SO_2 & NO_X in flue gas,in which circulated liquid with Fe2+,Mn2+,Zn2+ and Al3+ was used.The influence and the varying rule of catalyzer on biological trickling filter purifying SO_2 & NO_X had been studied.when the gas flow was 0.1 m3/h,the concentration of SO_2 & NO_X in influent gas was 1 000-5 000 mg/m3 and 300-1 500 mg/m3,circulated liquid flow was 10 L/h and pH was 1.5-3.0,the result showed that the efficiency of aqueous catalytic oxidation and biological purification was better than that of biological purification,which showed the acceleration of catalyzer was effective.The efficiency of SO_2 & NO_X could be achieved above 95%and about 50% respectively by this method.
