利用茶叶水对胶合板甲醛含量控制及相关性能影响研究

摘  要:通过利用煮茶叶水与泡茶叶水对胶水组成进行改进,然后测量利用改进胶水制成的胶合板甲醛释放量、胶合强度及水煮开胶时间。通过对胶合板甲醛释放量的测量发现,用80g/L煮茶叶水或80g/L泡茶叶水改进调胶组成,其改进胶水制成的胶合板甲醛释放量都明显低于用未改进胶水制成的胶合板甲醛释放量,但用80mg/L煮茶叶水改进调胶组成制成的胶合板甲醛释放量更低;通过对胶合板胶合强度测量发现,用80g/L煮茶叶水或80g/L泡茶叶水改进调胶组成,其改进胶水制成的胶合板胶合强度几乎不受影响,能够>0.7MPa,符合国家标准要求;通过对胶合板水煮开胶时间的测量发现,用80g/L泡茶叶水改进调胶组成,其改进胶水制成的胶合板水煮开胶时间明显高于利用其他组成制成胶合板水煮开胶时间。Gluewater component was improved with boiling tea water and dunking tea water in this paper,content of formaldehyde,intensity and cracking time of veneer which was made from improving gluewater were measured.The results showed that content of formaldehyde extracted from veneer which was made from gluewater including 80 g/L boiling tea water or dunking tea water could be higher than 0.7 MPa that can meet the national standard;it showed cracking time of veneer which was made from gluewater including 80 g/L dunking tea water was longer than from gluewater including 80 g/L boiling tea water or original gluewater.
