摘　　要：党的"十七大"的召开为发展中国特色社会主义提供强大动力和体制保障。为贯彻落实"十七大"精神和中央经济工作会议要求,本文作者就提高开放型经济水平的若干问题进行了一些探讨。The 17th National Congress of CCP provides the strong power and systemical supportting for developing the socialism with Chinese characteristics.In order to implement the spirit of The 17th National Congress of CCP and requirement of Central Economic Work Conference,the author probes into some problemes about elevating the level of open economy.
