中外商会发展的比较与启示

摘　　要：商会是市场经济中代表同行企业利益的民间团体,其发育程度与经济发展水平密切相关。发达国家在商会发展方面已积累了丰富的经验。我国商会中最具代表性的是温州商会,但是它与发达国家的商会仍有较大差距。对中外商会的发展情况进行比较,采取相应措施,可以从整体上推动我国商会的发展。The chamber of commerce is a kind of folk association representing the benefit of colleague enterprises in the market economy. Its growth is closely related with economy development. The developed countries has accumulated rich experience in the aspect of the commerce chamber＇s development. In China the Wenzhou chamber of commerce is mostly representative＇s but it still has a bigger disparity with the developed countries＇s chamber of commerce. The comparison on Chinese and foreign practice may give some beneficial belp to the development of the native chambers of cOmmerce.
