摘　　要：公共事业管理根据地域和范围可以分为城市公共事业管理和农村公共事业管理,总体说来,我国城乡公共事业管理在其运用的基本理论、管理内容和管理目的上基本相同;在建设的基点、发展水平、社会化程度、管理体制、政府扮演的角色等方面,城乡公共事业管理存在着较大差异。Public business management is divided into urban public business management and rural public business management. Overall, it＇s alike on the basic theory, management content and management goals between urban and rural management. Otherwise, there＇re differences on the basis, developing level, socialization degree, management system and the role of the government etc.
