用沙漠砂代替工程砂作基础工程材料的试验研究与应用

摘　　要：本文介绍了用沙漠砂代替工程砂配制砂浆和混凝土的试验研究结果及其在实际工程中的应用情况。沙漠砂粒径极细、级配差、且具有一定的腐蚀性。本文分别在实验室和现场用沙漠砂配制砂浆和混凝土，掺以一定比例的外加剂，并在不同环境下养护，其抗压强度满足一般工程的要求。该材料已在塔克拉玛干沙漠腹地塔中４油田部分工程中应用，取得了良好的经济效益。The paper deals with the research results and application of the desert sand making mortar and concrete in stead of the engineering sand.The desert sand has very much fine grain,poorly grades and has some corrosion.The motar and concrete,added some additives to,were made with the desert sand in Laboratory and field separately.They were cured in varying environment and their strength meets engineering demand.The material has been applied in parts of engineerings in Tazhong Oil Field in the center of Taklimakan Desert,that has obtained remarkable economic benefits.
