摘  要:用一株固氮杆菌(Azotobater Vinelandii UWD),利用糖蜜生产细菌高分子材料—聚-β-羟基丁酸酯PHB,同时在甜菜糖蜜和戊酸培养基中成功地培养UWD而得到一系列不同羟基戊酸酯(HV)含量的P(HB-co-HV)共聚物,并通过对这一系列共聚物的物理性能进行表征,试图寻找单一高分子材料PHB与共聚高分子P(HB-co-HV)在微观结构上的区别,从而找到改良PHB物性的方法。Homopolymer PHB and copolymers P(HB-co-HV) with different contents of HV were successfully prepared by Azotobacter Vinelandii UWD in beet molasses media containing valerate in different concentrations. A serial homopolymers and copolymers were characterized by different physical means such as optical microscope and small angle laser scatter in order to discover the basic differences in microstructures between the brittle homopolymer PHB and the flexible copolymers of P(HB -co-HV) . It was found that the methods such as quench and changing crystallization temperatures could be used to improve the physical properties of pure PHB and make it possesses physical properties similar to P(HB -co -HV) by controlling crystal sizes. Same purpoes also could be realized by blending the homopolymer with other additives or polymers.
