摘　　要：周虹：您可否谈谈反规划？ 俞孔坚：我和詹姆斯有相同的理论。反规划是景观规划先于城市规划的步骤。在中国以往的50年里，我们都遵从另一种从上而下的规划。反规划的思想是在历史保护的同时建设景观基础设施或生态基础设施。在中国我们存在破坏生态基础设施的问题。景观设计应该从大规模的生态基础设施开始以确保它在快速的城市发展中的存在。Hong Zhou： Would you talk about Negative Planning？ KongjianYu： We have similar theories, James and 1. Negative Planning is the process of planning landscapes first before urban development. In China for the past 50 years we have done it the other way around, from up to down. Negative Planning is the idea that we build the landscape infrastructure or ecological infrastructure first as well as the historical preservation. In China we have a problem where we are destroying ecological infrastructure. Landscape Architecture should begin with the large-scale ecological infrastructures to ensure that it exists through rapid urban development.
