66例冠心病心血瘀阻证脉图检测分析

摘　　要：目的探讨冠心病心血瘀阻证的脉图参数特点,为脉诊客观化提供量化指标。方法采用上海产ZM-ⅢC型智能脉象仪,对66例冠心病心血瘀阻证患者和76例健康人进行脉图检测分析。结果与健康对照组比较,冠心病心血瘀阻证组主波高度(Hb)、潮波高度(Hd)、降中峡深度(He)无明显差异(P>0.05),而重搏波深度(Hf)明显降低,有显著性差异(P<0.05或P<0.01);血管弹性系数(Hd/Hb)、血管张力系数(Hf/Hb)明显低于正常组(P<0.01),外周阻力系数(He/Hb)明显高于正常组(P<0.05)。结论脉图参数可作为冠心病心血瘀阻证辨证的客观指标之一。Objective To supply the objective researching of pulses diagnose with quantization indexes through observing the characters of electripulsography parameters of heart blood stasis syndrome in coronary heart disease. Methods By ZM-Ⅲ Cintelligenc electro-pulsograph which is made in shanghai, electripulsography of 66 cases of heart blood stasis syndrome in coronary heart disease and 76 cases healthy adults were observed. Result Among the amplitude of wave, the indexes of Hb, Hd and He were no difference （P〉0.05）, but the index of Hf was significantly lower in heart blood stasis syndrome in CHD group than in healthy control group （P〈0.01）. Among specific value, the indexes of Hd/Hb and Hf/Hb were significantly lower （P〈0.01） while the index of He/Hb was higher in heart blood stasis syndrome in CHD group than in healthy control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The parameters of electripulsography may be used as one of the objective indexes for differentiation syndrome of heart blood stasis syndrome in coronary heart disease.
