摘　　要：基于路面管理信息系统的需求分析,详细阐述了基于组件技术的路面管理系统的总体结构和功能模块,探讨了系统开发中涉及到的关键技术——动态分段技术和最短路径,提出了解决的方法,并在此基础上对数据库进行了设计。According to the anaysis of pavement management information system , it expatiated the system structure.the function module based on ComGIS; at the same time it discussed two key technology in system construction—dynamic segmentation and the shortest path; and gave the solution , and designed the database based on it.
