摘　　要：通过对竹浆纤维、绢丝及羊绒原料性能的分析,提出了利用棉纺设备开发60/20/20竹浆纤维/绢丝/羊绒混纺纱的纺纱工艺,成纱既保持了竹浆纤维的独特风格,又发挥了绢丝及羊绒的特性。文章就原料的加油给湿预处理、设备的选型与改造、工艺参数的制定与调试、纺纱器材的选用等方面提出了明确的要求,并就静电缠绕胶辊及堵塞圈条眼问题提出了解决措施。Through analyzing the properties of blended raw material of bamboo pulp fiber, spun silk and cashmere, a spinning technology of developing 60/20/20 bamboo pulp fiber, spun silk and cashmere blended yam on cotton spinning equipment is put forward, which can not only keep the unique style of bamboo pulp fiber but also bring into full play the properties of spun silk and cashmere. The main points and requirements concerning with oiling and wetting pre-treating of raw material, equipment selecting and alteration, processing parameters designing and adjusting and spinning apparatus choosing are given in the article. Solutions of problems of enwinding rubber roller and jamming coiling eyes by static are also indicated.
