摘　　要：环境知情权是公众知悉和获取相关环境信息的权利,是公民享有的一项基本政治权利。环境知情权是随着环境危机的降临而产生的一项新兴权利,其在本质上是一种知情权,不属于环境权,也不等同于环境信息权。Environmental Right-to-Know is one of the basic political rights of citizens, which ensures the public to get access to environmental information. Environmental Right-to-Know is a new right coming along with environmental crisis. It is a kind of Right-to- Know in nature, belongs to neither environmental right nor right to environmental information.
