摘 要:采用一步缩聚法制备了聚酰亚胺(PI)泡沫塑料,并对其结构和性能进行了表征。经红外光谱测定,在1778、1720cm-1和1375cm-1处观察到PI特征峰。实验结果表明,所得PI泡沫塑料孔径均匀,平均密度小于0.30g/cm3,极限氧指数为38%,平均吸声系数为0.42,玻璃化转变温度为262.4℃,起始分解温度为549.7℃。Polyimide foams were prepared by single-stage process condensation, and their structure and properties were characterized. The characteristic peaks around 1778 cm^-1 , 1720 cm^-1 and 1375 cm^-1 of polyimide were observed on FTIR spectrum. The density of polyimide foams was less than 0.30 g/cm^3, the LOI was 38% and the mean sound absorption index was 0.42. The glass transition temperature and the initial decomposition temperatures in N2 of polyimide foams were observed to be 262.4℃ and 549.7℃.
