摘 要:研究了纳米BaSO4在白色母粒中的应用及其对白色母粒性能的影响。利用光电分光光度计和分光光度测色仪测定了用白色母粒所制薄膜和样板制品的遮盖力和白度,利用图像分析仪定量表征了颜料的分散情况。结果表明,纳米BaSO4替代20%的TiO2颜料时,在白色母粒其它性能基本保持不变的情况下,制品遮盖力最大提高了43%,白度最大提高了2.75%。对于不同晶型的TiO2颜料,纳米BaSO4的加入均使得制品的遮盖力和白度提高。The application of nano-BaSO4 in white masterbatch and effect of nano-BaSO4 on the performance of white masterbatch were studied. Covering power, whiteness and dispersivity of the products were measured by photoelectric spectrophotometer, color measurement instrument and particle size instrument respectively. The results showed that when 20% of TiO2 pigment was substituted by nano-BaSO4, the covering power and the whiteness of the products were increased by 43% and 2.75%, at the same time other properties were invariable basically. These results were not affected by the structure of the TiO2 pigment.
