摘  要:采用原位聚合法制备了聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)/粘土纳米复合材料,用差示扫描量热(DSC)仪和偏光显微镜(POM)等手段对其结晶行为和结晶形貌进行了研究。结果表明,在原位聚合过程中由粘土所释放的金属元素在PET的结晶过程中有显著的成核作用,是影响PET/粘土纳米复合材料结晶行为的重要因素;用等离子发射光谱(ICP)仪对这些金属元素进行分析,发现粘土的表面改性对金属元素的释放有明显影响。Poly(ethylene terephthalate) (PET)/clay nanocomposites were prepared by in-situ polycondensation. The crystallization behavior and morphology of the nanocomposites were studied in terms of DSC and POM. It was found that some metallic derivatives could be released from clay during in-situ synthesis of the nanocomposites, which could act as effective nucleating agents for PET. These metallic derivatives were important factors affecting the crystallization behavior of nanocomposites. The surface modification of clay had marked effects on metallic derivatives according to the ICP analysis.
