摘 要:利用透射电镜(TEM),对采自我国沿海海域的水样进行了观察,针对其中的海链藻属ThalassiosiraCleve开展了分类学的专题研究.经鉴定,确认其中的5个种类为我国的新记录种类,它们分别是安达曼海链藻T.andamanicaGedde、双线海链藻T.duostraPienaar、吉思纳海链藻T.gessneriHustedt、海氏海链藻T.hasleaeCassie et Dempsey和具毛海链藻T.hispidaSyvertsen.我们对每个种类的形态学特征、生活习性和生态分布进行了说明,并提供了电镜照片.Thalassiosira,a planktonic diatom genus with more than 150 known species,has a worldwide marine distribution with about twelve species in brackish to freshwater. It is one of the largest genus in diatom and the cell size of most species are below 20 μm. So this genus is an important member of nanoplankton or nano-diatom which just could be observed clearly and identified accurately under electron microscope (EM). There are few distinct morphological characteristics among many Thalassiosira species,so it is difficult to reach the accurate classification. Using transmission electron microscope (TEM), several water samples from coastal waters of China were observed aiming at the taxonomy of Thalassiosira. Five species were identified as newly recorded species for China. They were T. andamanica Gedde, T. duostra Pienaar, T. gessneri Hustedt, T. hasleae Cassie et Dempsey and T. hispida Syvertsen. The morphological features,habit and distribution of each species were described in detail and TEM photos were given.
