云芝多糖对银鲫非特异性免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：将云芝多糖（Coriolus versciclor polysaccharides，CVP）按不同的剂量（0、0．25、0．5、1．0、2．0和4．0g／kg）添加到银鲫（Carassius auratus gibelio）的基础饲料中，连续投喂56d，并在试验的第0、7、14、21、28、35、42和56天取样检测CVP对供试鱼血液的白细胞吞噬活性、血清溶菌酶活力、血清超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）活性和补体C3、C4的含量共5种指标的影响。结果显示，饲料中添加0，25g／kg的云芝多糖，对银鲫的白细胞吞噬活性、血清溶菌酶活力、血清SOD活性和补体C3、C4含量的影响不显著（P〉0．05）；添加0．5g／kg、1．0g／kg的云芝多糖，对5种指标有一定程度的促进作用，并当添加量为1．0g／kg时，在14～21d时效果最显著（P〈0．05）；而添加2．0g／kg和4，0g／kg的云芝多糖，5种指标在试验的后期显著低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结果表明，在银鲫饲料中添加0．5～1．0g／kg的云芝多糖对银鲫的非特异性免疫功能有增强作用。In order to test the effect of coriolus versciclor polysaccharides（CVP） on the ability of non-specific immune function of Carassius auratus gibelio, the fish were fed with diets supplemented with different amount of CVP（0, 0. 25, 0. 5, 1.0, 2. 0 and 4. 0 g/kg） for 56 d and the phagocytic activity of leukocytes, lysozyme activity in serum, SOD activity in serum, the content of serum complement C3 and C4were tested on 0, 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th, 35th, 42nd and 56th day. The results showed that the addition of 0. 25 g/kg CVP in diet had no significant effect on the indexes （P 〉 0.05 ）. However, these indexes were markedly enhanced by dietary 0.5 g/kg and 1.0 g/kg CVP, especially, the effect of 1.0 g/kg CVP was the best during 14 -21 d（P 〈 0. 05）. When the addition was 2.0 -4.0 g/kg, these indexes were much lower than that in control group at the anaphase of the experiment（P 〈 0. 05）. And the results indicated that the ability of nonspecific immune function of C. auratus gibelio was markedly enhanced by dietary 0. 5 g/kg to 1.0 g/kg CVP.
